According to our philosophy centered on the respect for nature and on minimal environmental impact, we choose only fresh dishes made out of organic ingredients, mostly produced in the Maso or grown in the nearby area. Simple and creative dishes characterize our way of cooking, distinguished by natural and genuine flavors, always in the respect of the season’s alternation. Following the alternating seasons our cuisine is characterized by simple and creative dishes with natural and genuine flavors. There have also some tasty and special proposals for vegetarians.
